Globetrotting and time travel through the history of jazz are fused with hip, up-to-the-minute Canadian urban poetry which is in turn inflected with Turkish street flavor. The international feel of Fuat Tuaç's music may have its roots in Turkey but like Fuat, takes flight and soars, seemingly intent on visiting more destinations than an airport departure lounge. Underpinning the entire endeavor is some rock-solid musicianship provided by Mike Manny on piano, Mike Tremblay on saxophone, Michel Delage on drums, and John Geggie on double bass.
