Musical collaborators, life partners and even television co-stars, Julie London and Bobby Troup made important and lasting contributions to the entertainment world during their long careers. Julie and Bobby were perhaps best known for “Cry Me A River” and “Route 66” respectively but they sang, played, wrote and produced so much more, individually and collectively, which this musical tribute will explore.
For this event, I’ll be joined by guitarist Kevin Barrett and bassist Alec Walkington.
Kevin Barrett, a popular and in-demand Toronto-based guitarist, producer, musical director, composer and teacher who is known for his exquisite guitar playing, sensitive accompaniment and excellent coaching. We always look forward to when Kevin comes to Ottawa a few times a year to play and teach.
